William S. Yetke, Principal, MAI, SRA
William Yetke has been active as a real estate appraiser and consultant since 1969. His experience include valuation assignments for all types of real estate, ownership interests, and purposes. Although his primary focus has been the Philadelphia metropolitan area, he has performed appraisals and consulting assignments nation-wide.
Mr. Yetke holds the MAI and SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a certified general appraiser in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
Mr. Yetke graduated (cum laude) from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Mr. Yetke attends courses and seminars annually to fulfill continuing education requirements for the state appraisal boards of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, the Appraisal Institute and the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
He has taught the real estate valuation course in the Department of Legal and Real Estate Studies of Temple University. He taught a Real Estate Investment Seminar at Penn State University, Abington Campus and has been a guest lecturer at Penn State University.
As a contributing author, Mr. Yetke wrote Chapter 6, “Valuation of Real Estate.” Robert D. Feder, Editor. Valuation Strategies in Divorce, Fourth Edition, 1997, and Chapters 12 (Introduction to Real Estate), Chapter 13 ( High-Price Homes, Including Golf Course Communities), Chapter 14 (Vacant Land) and Chapter 14A (Shopping Centers), Robert D. Feder, Editor. Valuing Specific Assets In Divorce, 2000.
Prior to establishing his own business in 1982, Mr. Yetke worked at Bernard C. Meltzer & Associates (1970-1982) and Albert M. Greenfield & Co., Inc. (1969-1970).

Abid Shafi, Appraiser Assistant
Abid assists in all aspects of the appraisal process including site & building description, neighborhood description & analysis, and collecting and verifying data. Currently, he is working towards a Bachelor of Science in Business-Accounting with a minor in Economics from Stockton University.

Jiejun Xie, Appraiser Assistant
Jiejun assists in all aspects of the appraisal process including site & building description, researching comparable sales and assisting with the valuation of various types of properties. She has strong interest in real estate finance and investment areas. She holds a Master of City Planning Degree from University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in City Planning from Tianjin University in China.
