Hajra Khan, Appraiser Assistant
Hajra assists in all aspects of the appraisal process including site & building inspections, collection of data & information, valuation analysis and preparation of appraisal reports. She has strong interest in real estate finance and investment areas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Appalachian State University.

William Yetke has been an active as a real estate appraiser and consultant since 1969. His experience includes valuation assignments for all types of real estate, ownership interests, and purposes. Although his primary focus has been the Philadelphia metropolitan area, he has performed appraisals and consulting assignments nation-wide.
Mr. Yetke holds the MAI and SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a certified general appraiser in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
Mr. Yetke graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Mr. Yetke attends courses and seminars annually to fulfill continuing education requirements for the state appraisal boards of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, the Appraisal Institute and the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
He has taught the real estate valuation course in the Department of Legal and Real Estate Studies of Temple University. He taught a Real Estate Investment Seminar at Penn State University, Abington Campus and has been a guest lecturer at Penn State University.
As a contributing author, Mr. Yetke wrote Chapter 6, “Valuation of Real Estate.” Robert D. Feder, Editor.
